An original thinker whose mentoring and advice has transformed the effectiveness and quality of life for many students, teachers and Educational Institutions. For more than a decade he has been the creator of innovative ideas and models of Individual and organizational transformation.Has conducted over 800 teachers, principals and parents orientation workshops across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Karnataka and Telangana. He is associated with many publishing companies and CBSE as prospective resource person.
Has been a part of various National and International conferences, presented research papers on topics such as Innovative Pedagogies, Charismatic Leadership, Personal & Professional Development of Teachers’ community and Collaborative Learning.
Has been devoting most of his time motivating and guiding students, teachers to identify their inner abilities and create an opportunity for them to prove their skills
He truly believes and walking on those beliefs he has placed many teachers as leaders in top schools. There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children. One of these is roots, the other, wings.
He is a Certified Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and ABLE Trainer from IIPE Canada. Being a psychologist and NLP Master Practitioner he always empowers people to realize that they determine the outcome of their own lives. He has always searched for new methods and approaches to pass along to their teachers, students and at the school.
His passion and commitment towards teaching, the thirst and urge to support the teaching fraternity and students led him to start a new venture called Drona Educational services which is a tool for simplifying complexity in career or in person with people of all ages and backgrounds.
